Woe times?

well as the title says i need to know the woe times, since the npc on prontera tells me that woes are only on saturdays and website tells me that they are on mondays and thurdays , while control panel tells me no woe times are sheduled, so im pretty confused about the woe times right now, my GMT is -7 , ok that all

well. the woe is not really implemented because of lack of players.
but sometimes we on the woe for add some fan. that is every saturday
8am-9am GMT - 5:00
