I logged in few minutes ago and realized that the woe time npc sayd that next woe is in 6 days X, X so well its a tuesday.
This is a new server and pretty much anyone has more chances of playing during weekend.
My suggestion is changing woe day to Saturday at a time like 10AM Pacific Time (:
